Graduation Requirements - 2009/2010

The following criteria is dictated by the Oregon Department of Education as minimum requirements for graduation at the present time:

Language Arts 4 credits
Mathematics4 credits
Science 3 credits
Social Sciences3 credits
Health Education1 credit
Physical Education1 credit
Applied/Fine Arts 3 credit
Electives 5 credits
  
24 Credits – as required by Oregon State Rules

 

Grade Placement

Academic grade placement is based on total credits earned, not social age. Students are placed in the next grade level once the minimum number of unites for that grade are earned.

0-5 credits9th Grade
6-11 credits10th Grade
12-17 credits11th Grade
18-22 credits12th Grade
